Will you charge me even if you can’t fix my device?
In the unlikely event your Device is not repairable, we only charge a £15 diagnosis fee for iPhone/ iPad/ iPod, £30 for Macs or £40 for water damage repairs (due to sheer amount of labour involved)
Will you repair devices that still have a warranty or insurance?
It’s not uncommon for us to repair devices that have insurance or warranty, often because we are cheaper and faster than claiming upon insurance or waiting for a replacement device. However, we do stress that any of our repairs WILL invalidate your warranty or insurance policy, but you will be covered by our 90 day warranty should you choose to have your device repaired with us (except for liquid damaged devices).
Will I lose any music, photos or data on my device when you repair it?
When bringing in for repair please be sure to back up your data. Although we make every attempt to preserve data, and it is rarely lost, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
We try very hard to make sure the repair is as seamless as possible, we test all of our repairs before they are returned to the customer, so as to avoid any problems. But occasionally a problem may crop up at a later date. Not to worry, this is why we offer 90 days warranty on our repairs, to give you peace of mind. Do you use genuine Apple parts?
Where possible, we order OEM parts. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, these are the companies who make the original components. OEM parts meet the same production standard as the original components. Where OEM isn’t available we will order the highest quality available. We use a wide range of suppliers to ensure we can maintain a good quality of repair components and ensure a long- lasting repair.
