Upper Beeding (West Sussex)
This is our flagship store, where we hold the most stock, consumables, repair components and it’s where most of our technicians are located.
This means that we’re able to offer our fastest repair service on all devices.
At this store we are able to offer Mac, iPhone, iPad & iPod repairs, as well as Windows Laptops, PC and Android.
Express repair options are available on iPhone repairs (usually 60 minute turnaround) but please call ahead to check availability on this option
This store is also where we hold a large stock of our refurbished devices. From iPads to iPhones, Macs to PCs, we are able to offer a range of options to suit your needs.
These refurbished devices move very fast, so we struggle to keep an updated list of them anywhere online. Your best option is to visit us and see what’s available on the day, or please do get in touch by phone or email, and we can advise on something to suit your budget/ needs.
At this location, we have FREE PARKING.
The parking can be found right outside the front of the shop in Hyde Square.

Billingshurst (West Sussex)
Although the store is a little smaller, it still packs a punch! At this location, we’ve managed to squeeze two businesses under one roof! Apple repairs and refurbished devices are headed up by iMend. At this store, we are teamed up with One Stop Computer Store, which can help you with all things Windows PC and Laptop – a variety of repairs, consumables and refurbished devices.
At this store, we can repair most of the common iPhone problems. Whether it’s a screen, battery, charging port or simply not turning on, we can help. Express repair options are available (usually same day) on the iPhone repairs, but please call ahead to check availability for repairs as we often only have one technician working at a time in Billingshurst, and it can get very busy!
For Mac and iPad repairs, you will need to book it in with the technician at Billingshurst, and we will transport it over to our workshop in Upper Beeding.
Whilst we always transport these safely (we don’t use couriers), this can add 2-3 days total onto the turnaround time, so it’s worth bearing in mind if you need a fast turnaround on your Mac or iPad repair.
The nearest parking can be found at Jengars Mead, only a minute’s walk away. The Library car park is much cheaper at 75p for the first hour or FREE if you have an annual Horsham Council parking disc.
