Step 2- Booked in a Repair?

We are currently operating a reduced service whilst we steadily return back to normal trading.

We are open 9am-3pm monday for dropoffs and collections to Friday, if your device has been booked in, please come and drop it off at our Upper Beeding store between 9am and 3pm. If nobody is there, please shout for a member of staff, we can’t be responsible for theft or damage caused if a device was left unattended.

Step 3 – Placed an order for Ink, cables etc or need something other than a repair?

In this case, we will be in touch to discuss the finer details, to talk you through your options and continue to provide the best service we can!

We can take payment over the phone or by sending a secure payment link via email.
