Unfortunately, to remain within the current laws, All ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY PHONE/ ONLINE OR COLLECTED BY A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF. We will not be able to serve passing trade and all repairs/ purchases MUST be booked in advance.
PLEASE REMOVE YOUR DEVICE FROM BAGS & CASES AND ENSURE YOUR DEVICE HAS BEEN CLEANED BEFORE DROPOFF. If you are booking in a Retina MacBook (2012 onwards) please DO NOT clean the screens (this can cause delamination of the anti-glare coating, we will use our own specialist cleaning solutions for this). We will be sanitising the card reader between each use and can also take payment online or over the phone.
By law, you will not be allowed to enter the store, so our drop-off counter will be outside the front door. You may need to give us quick shout as we will be busy repairing, please don’t leave your device unattended!
We are running a reduced service of 9AM – 3PM Monday to Friday and 10am – 4pm on Saturday.
