Business, but not as usual…

Government restrictions currently advise that all non-essential retail is to remain closed, but with some exceptions. “Staff may be present to make deliveries or provide services in response to orders such as those through telephone, online or mail”

Please scroll down to read how we are implementing this advice and what it means for our customers. We are only offering a dropoff/ collection service from our UPPER BEEDING branch at this moment in time.

BOOKING IN

Unfortunately, to remain within the current laws, All ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY PHONE/ ONLINE OR COLLECTED BY A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF. We will not be able to serve passing trade and all repairs/ purchases MUST be booked in advance.

CLEANING DEVICES

PLEASE REMOVE YOUR DEVICE FROM BAGS & CASES AND ENSURE YOUR DEVICE HAS BEEN CLEANED BEFORE DROPOFF. If you are booking in a Retina MacBook (2012 onwards) please DO NOT clean the screens (this can cause delamination of the anti-glare coating, we will use our own specialist cleaning solutions for this). We will be sanitising the card reader between each use and can also take payment online or over the phone.

DROPOFF COUNTER

By law, you will not be allowed to enter the store, so our drop-off counter will be outside the front door. You may need to give us quick shout as we will be busy repairing, please don’t leave your device unattended!

How the new process works

We are running a reduced service of 9AM – 3PM Monday to Friday and 10am – 4pm on Saturday.

Once you’ve filled out the booking form in the link below, it will come up with an automated message saying ‘someone will contact you shortly’.  Please disregard this message (we can’t turn it off). We don’t contact anyone who’s booked in online, if you do need to speak to us, please ring.

If you have filled out the form, all you’ll need to do is to visit the UPPER BEEDING store during our opening hours and bring your device with you. You are already booked in and ready to go 🙂

We understand that some customers would prefer to discuss tech issues with a member of staff. If you need us to collect or drop-off your device from your home or workplace and are local, we are able to offer this service for a fee, please call us to discuss options.
